I’m a wife, mom and gammy to 2 adorable grandchildren! I am 59 years young and two of my favorite hobbies are looking on the bright side of things and spreading positivity!

Age is really “just a number” and to be honest with you, I feel healthier, fitter and have more energy at 59 than I did at 39! My passion is sharing what has worked for me as well as many of my clients! Lack of time…it’s one of the biggest reasons most people don’t workout on a regular basis. In the time it takes us to drive to the gym and walk over to our favorite cardio machine…we could have already pressed play at home and be hopping in the shower. This was me for so many YEARS! Time away from my family that I really didn’t have to spare!

The home workout programs I have been following for the past 8 years are super effective and have not only saved me tons of time, but have helped me become leaner, stronger and healthier!

Healthy Eating

If weight loss and becoming the healthiest version of you is one of your goals, a majority of your efforts should be spent on your nutrition. What you have heard is true…you can’t outrun your fork! Most professionals believe that 80% of our results are based on what we do in the kitchen! It doesn’t have to be complicated though, I’m about sharing simple effective ways to get you to your goals.  I’m not a fan of diets, fads or deprivation…I believe in following balanced, clean eating principles that are sustainable for a lifetime!

If you don’t know where to start OR you just need that extra level of support and encouragement…my private accountability groups are where it’s at!!

Many of us know what to do. We know we should workout more and eat healthier.  Honestly though, sometimes the hardest part is just taking that first step and then finding the support, encouragement and accountability to KEEP us moving forward.
